Dr. Pamela Mondorf is dedicated to helping you look and feel your very best. Her focus is on rejuvenating medical procedures, primarily injectable services ranging from natural biostimulants to neuromodulators like Botox.
Dr. Mondorf’s extensive medical background includes 10 years of experience in aesthetics and more than 25 years as a practicing medical anesthesiologist.
When not seeing patients, Dr. Mondorf enjoys spending time with her two grown daughters and her horse, Atti, a cute little Welch pony. Both girls are now accomplished professionals in the equestrian industry. It is through this love of horses and the Oregon High Desert Classic that they originally discovered, and fell in love with Bend and its incredible community back in 2017.
Patients enjoy Dr. Mondorf’s kind and genuine nature combined with her passion for excellent patient care and honest communication. Dr. Mondorf is known for her tendency to “nerd out” with information when her patients ask questions. She believes that sharing knowledge and understanding treatment goals leads to the best results for her patients.

Amanda is a licensed Advanced Aesthetician with more than 10 years of experience providing quality services in all aspects of skincare and medical aesthetics.
She has a passion for the beauty industry and truly enjoys helping people become the best version of themselves. It has always been a goal of hers to provide the best customer service experience for her clients and to have them leave the med spa with a smile.
Along with being an exceptional skincare provider, she also enjoys riding her horses and many of the other outdoor activities that beautiful Central Oregon has to offer.

Jennie is an advanced aesthetician with 17 years in the aesthetics industry, with seven of those being in medical aesthetics. She is passionate about skin care and health with a special interest in skin conditions and integrative skincare. Jennie loves to make everyone feel beautiful in their own skin and strives to always make them feel pampered.
She is a lifelong central Oregonian and enjoys the many recreational activities Central Oregon has to offer. In her spare time, she loves outdoor adventures with her family.

Celia has 14 years of experience as an aesthetician. She grew up in the valley and has been in Central Oregon for more than a decade. Celia started her aesthetics career in Portland before moving to Bend.
She is an advanced aesthetician who is expertly skilled with lasers, especially laser hair removal. She loves advancing her knowledge with new technologies and devices. Celia is very passionate about helping clients with their skin needs and making them feel better about themselves and their appearance.

With over 13 years of unparalleled experience in customer service, Danielle is committed to transforming every interaction into a memorable experience. A proud graduate of Linfield College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Communications, along with a Minor in Business Law, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate touch to her role at Elite Medi Spa. During her time at Linfield, she was the Recruitment Chair for her sorority Phi Sigma Sigma and was also a member of the cheerleading team. Go Cats!
At Elite Medi Spa, she expertly guides both new and existing patients in discovering treatments that align perfectly with their aesthetic aspirations. Beyond her professional dedication, Danielle embraces her role as a new mom and takes full advantage of Bend's vibrant outdoor music scene, ensuring she balances work and life with grace and enthusiasm.

With a passion for blending medical expertise with artistic finesse, Dom is dedicated to enhancing natural beauty through advanced aesthetic procedures, neurotoxins, and dermal fillers. With nearly eight years of experience in the field of Nursing, previously having been a travel nurse, she found her true passion in aesthetics after settling in Bend in 2020.
Her approach is centered on personalized care and achieving natural-looking results tailored to each client's unique goals. Dom prioritizes safety, efficacy, and patient satisfaction above all else, ensuring every individual feels confident and empowered in their own skin. In an effort to stay up to date, Dominique attends training and seminars as she feels it is critical for not only patient safety but to maintain best result standards of care.
Dominique played soccer at West Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelors in Science and Nursing. Her love for sports and the outdoors is what drew her and her husband to making Bend their home.

Her passion for helping others drives her to assist patients in finding and developing personalized treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals. Dedicated and compassionate, Capri is committed to enhancing the patient experience and ensuring smooth operations in the office.
Capri was born and raised in Arizona and attended college in Flagstaff at Northern Arizona University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Strategic Communication and Marketing. Her love of the high desert and recreational outdoor activities brought her and her dogs to Bend. When Capri isn’t at Elite you can find her on Mount Bachelor hiking, biking, and snowboarding, or enjoying an outdoor concert with her friends.
