Semaglutide is not recommended as a first-line treatment option. It is advised for individuals who have exhausted their best efforts in weight loss without the aid of medication. How do I sign up for the
Semaglutide program?
To get started, simply call Elite Medi Spa at 541-325-4472 to set up lab work and the
initial exam to discuss whether or not you are a good fit for Semaglutide.
How much does it cost to get started with Semaglutide?
The initial intake cost covers the cost of lab work and the qualifying exam. This is a non-refundable fee of $250. Once we have determined that you are eligible for the program, you can choose to pay for the medication weekly, monthly or quarterly.
What if a clinician decides the prescription is not
right for me?
We’ll determine if you’re a good fit during the initial exam as we thoroughly go through the lab work and conduct our good faith exam. Your program only begins if your Clinician determines that you’re a good fit.
What are the next steps if I am a candidate for Semaglutide?
After we have determined that you are a good candidate for Semaglutide, we will schedule your first in office appointment for an injection. We will discuss your current weight and goal weight, discuss possible side effects and administer your medication. At this appointment we will also get you scheduled for your weekly return visits.
Do I have to come in weekly for Semaglutide injections or can I administer the medication myself at home?
At Elite Medi Spa, we are committed to providing you excellent care and service through monitored care at our office. While we understand the convenience of administering your own medication weekly, we feel it is important to meet in person to provide you with support and accurate dosing. If you are unable to make it for weekly appointments, please speak with us.
