Our Policies
Your Appointment
Appointments are reserved just for you. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled session, and full charges still apply.
Cancellations
We require at least 24 hours’ notice by phone to cancel or reschedule.
- No fee if notice is given 24+ hours in advance.
- $50 fee for appointments 45 minutes or less.
- $150 fee for injectable or longer appointments.
These fees will be charged to your card or must be paid before rebooking.
No-Show Policy
After 2 no-shows or last-minute cancellations, a non-refundable deposit of $50-$150 may be required to book future services.
Card on File
All clients must have a valid credit card on file, stored securely. This card may be charged if our cancellation policy is not followed.

A valid credit card is required to be securely stored on file to confirm all appointments at Elite Medi Spa.
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. It will only be charged when applicable under our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy or for other authorized charges.
Please ensure your card on file remains current and valid. If you need to update your payment information, our team will be happy to assist you.
By booking an appointment with Elite Medi Spa, you acknowledge and agree to our credit card and cancellation policies.
- Joining Elite Memberships: Both new and existing patients are eligible to join an Elite Medi Spa membership. An active debit or credit card is required to enroll. Upon enrollment, your first monthly payment of $199 will be processed and your membership benefits will become active immediately. There is no sign-up fee.
- Member Rates, Offers & Privileges: Members in good standing receive access to applicable member-only rates, exclusive offers, and additional membership privileges. To remain in good standing, all required membership payments and outstanding balances must be current.
Membership rates, offers, funds, and privileges are for the enrolled member only and may not be transferred to another person. Membership discounts and offers cannot be combined with other promotions, packages, or discounts unless otherwise specified. Member rates, offers, and privileges are subject to change. - Monthly Billing & Membership Term: A 12-month minimum membership commitment is required.
Upon enrollment, you will be charged your first monthly membership payment of $199. Your membership and benefits become active immediately upon successful payment.
Thereafter, the card on file will automatically be charged $199 each month on the same calendar date that you originally enrolled. Each monthly payment will be added to your available membership funds for use at Elite Medi Spa in accordance with the benefits and terms of your selected membership.
After completing your initial 12-month commitment, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until you submit a cancellation request in accordance with Section 5. The $199 early cancellation fee no longer applies once the initial 12-month commitment has been completed.
All membership payments and sales are final and non-refundable. Membership payments may not be paused, postponed, or delayed.
If your available membership funds are insufficient to cover the full cost of a service or purchase, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of service. - Unsuccessful Payments: An active debit or credit card must remain on file throughout your membership. If a monthly payment is declined, Elite Medi Spa may make additional attempts to collect the payment using the payment method(s) provided.
We will attempt to contact you for up to three business days following a declined payment. If payment remains unsuccessful after three business days, a $25 service fee may be applied for each subsequent payment request that is returned uncollected. Elite Medi Spa is not responsible for fees charged by your financial institution.
Membership benefits and appointment scheduling may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid and your account is returned to good standing. Missed membership payments remain due under the terms of your membership agreement.
Repeated or unresolved payment failures may result in termination of your membership. If your membership is terminated for nonpayment during your initial 12-month commitment, the $199 early cancellation fee may apply, and any outstanding membership payments or other amounts owed may be subject to collection. - Cancellations: A 30-day written notice is required to cancel your membership, regardless of how long you have been a member. Cancellation requests must be submitted using Elite Medi Spa’s designated cancellation form through the client portal or in person.
Your membership will remain active during the 30-day notice period, and any regularly scheduled monthly payment that falls within that period will still be processed. Your membership will officially end 30 days after your completed cancellation request is received and processed.
If you cancel before completing your initial 12-month commitment, a $199 early cancellation fee will apply. This fee is separate from your membership funds and will not be available as credit toward products or services.
After completing your initial 12-month commitment, you may cancel with the required 30-day notice without an early cancellation fee.
Once your membership has officially ended, you will no longer have access to member-only rates, offers, discounts, or privileges. Any remaining membership funds will be available to use as a credit toward eligible products and services for six (6) months after your cancellation date. Any unused balance remaining after six months will be forfeited.
All membership payments and sales are final and non-refundable. A previously canceled membership may be eligible for reinstatement at the discretion of Elite Medi Spa. Reinstatement will be treated as a new membership enrollment and will begin a new 12-month minimum commitment on the date of reinstatement. Current membership rates, benefits, and terms will apply.
Refund Policy
- No refunds on services once purchased.
- Unused package balances can be applied to other services.
- All injectable and skincare sales are final.
- Products may be refunded within 7 days only if a documented adverse reaction occurs.
