A supported approach to weight loss.

Weight loss is personal, and your treatment plan should be too. Elite Medi Spa’s medically guided Semaglutide program supports patients seeking more structure, accountability, and clinical support than they may receive from attempting weight loss alone. Our medical providers will evaluate your health history, laboratory results, goals, progress, and response to treatment to determine whether semaglutide is appropriate and guide your care throughout the program. Medication is only prescribed to eligible patients following the required medical evaluation.

getting started

Enrollment begins with required laboratory testing and a brief telehealth Good Faith Exam to determine whether you are medically eligible for the program.

After approval, your first vial is ordered and you will attend an in-person appointment with Dr. Marlene Covey. During this visit, you will receive your first injection, personalized dosing instructions, education for weekly at-home injections, and the supplies needed to begin treatment confidently.

ongoing medical support

We provide an ongoing program organized in nine-week treatment cycles. Required follow-up appointments allow our medical team to evaluate your progress, review your response to treatment, adjust your dose when appropriate, and determine whether you are approved to continue.

Ongoing laboratory monitoring will also be required according to your provider’s recommendations.

WHAT to expect

Semaglutide is administered as a once-weekly injection according to your prescribed dose. Your medical team will provide instructions for medication storage, injection technique, dose administration, and safe disposal of used supplies.

Individual experiences vary. Your results will depend on factors including your health history, treatment response, program participation, nutrition, movement, and lifestyle habits. Semaglutide is intended to complement sustainable changes—not replace them.

FAQ

Semaglutide is a GLP-1 medication that may help regulate appetite and support weight management when prescribed as part of a medically supervised treatment plan. It is not appropriate for everyone, and eligibility must be determined by a qualified medical provider.

Eligibility is based on your health history, current medications, laboratory results, treatment goals, and medical evaluation. Completing the enrollment process does not guarantee approval or that medication will be prescribed.

You will complete initial laboratory testing followed by a brief telehealth Good Faith Exam. If approved, the remaining enrollment balance is collected, your medication is ordered, and your initial in-person appointment with our Medical Doctor is scheduled.

Semaglutide is administered as a weekly injection. During your initial appointment, you will receive your first injection, personalized dosing instructions, supplies, and education so you understand how to administer and store the medication safely.

An in-person progress evaluation is required every nine weeks. This appointment allows your medical team to evaluate your progress, discuss concerns or side effects, and determine whether your dose or treatment plan should be adjusted.

Results vary significantly from person to person, and no specific amount or rate of weight loss can be guaranteed. Your progress may be influenced by your health history, prescribed dose, response to medication, nutrition, movement, lifestyle, and consistency with the program.

Yes. Like any prescription medication, Semaglutide may cause side effects and is not appropriate for every patient. Your medical provider will review potential risks, benefits, contraindications, and symptoms that require medical attention before treatment begins.

Take a more intentional approach to weight management with personalized medication, medical oversight, and ongoing support designed to help you build sustainable progress from the inside out.
